ISO 9001

The ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems. The organization ISO (Geneva) is responsible for drafting and managing thousands of different standards. Most of these are product-oriented, but some standards apply to generic management systems. By far the best known is the ISO 9001, which refers to the management system for quality.

The goal of the quality management system is to keep the organization focused on continuous improvement in order to increase customer satisfaction.

Mitrex has been ISO 9001 certified since 2010. With them, continuous improvement of quality on products and services is at the top of the list.
