The organization ISO (Geneva) is responsible for drafting and managing thousands of different standards. Most of these are product-oriented, but some standards apply to generic management systems. By far the best known is the ISO 9001, which refers to the management system for quality.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The goal of the quality management system is to keep the organization focused on continuous improvement in order to increase customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mitrex has been ISO 9001 certified since 2010.
